Agnes Marylee Proctor of Upper Marlboro, MD passed away on December 22, 2018 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late John A. Proctor, devoted mother of Patrick Proctorstein (Judy) of Bowie, MD, Vincent Conway Proctor (Gloria) of Newburg, MD, Andre Proctor (Anne) of Greensboro, NC, Phillip Barry Proctor (Tina) of Warrington NC, Maria A. “Toni” Westhall of Upper Marlboro,MD, Phyllis “Jackie” Washington (Eddie) of Harrington, DE and the late James Martin Proctor. She is also survived by sisters and a brother, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
