Paul David Stevanus, 62, passed away on January 22, 2022 in Clinton, Maryland. Paul D. Stevanus is survived by his wife Mary D. Stevanus, father Paul E. Stavanus, brother Ken Stevanus, sister Connie Mattingly, Aunt Angeline Passero, Uncle Ron and wife Cindy Passero, nephew John and wife Lexi Simpson, nephew Chris and wife Caroline Simpson, and Sarah Simpson. Paul is preceded in death by his grandparents Clarence and Ester Stevanus, Frank and Ann Passero, mother Betty Stevanus and Uncle James Passero. Paul was vibrant, strong and lovable person who was full of wisdom. No matter where he was, he would always grace you with his smile. He was a devoted husband, brother, friend and carried that roll of a father figure. Over the years he enjoyed teaching all that he knew about auto mechanics, bowling, fishing, attending car races, his favourite television show and most of all, and white tail deer hunting. (“Bucky Called Me”, he would say). Paul attended St. Mary Catholic church of Piscataway in Clinton Maryland and graduated from Crossland High School, Temple Hill, Maryland. During his time at Crossland High, he took interest in the Automotive Technician Program and developed his passion for the automotive field. Following Crossland High School, Paul work as an Automotive Technician at Montgomery Wards in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland and then Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights, Maryland until he retired in October of 2021. Mass Memorial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Piscataway, 13401 Piscataway Road, Clinton, Maryland 20735. The Mass Memorial will February 2, 2022 at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, monetary donation to the American Cancer Society in the memory of Paul David Stevanus.
