Pete N. Chaconas

Pete N. Chaconas, 82, died Monday, December 14th at Med Star Southern Maryland Hospital. The beloved husband of Joan Lee Chaconas, father of Nicholas P. Chaconas, and brother of Patrick Chaconas. Preceded in death by sister Georgia Lizas and parents Nickolas and Angela Chaconas. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, December 22 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with service at 11 a.m. at Saint Theodore Greek Orthodox Church, 7101 Cipriano Rd., Lanham, MD. Interment to follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Wounded Warrior Project, 1120 G St. NW, Ste. 700, Washington, DC 20005.
