Phyllis R. Mulligan (CHIP) On February 28, 2003 the beloved wife of the late George Mulligan; loving mother of James (Lea) Mulligan and Pam (the late Billy) Collins; grandmother of Ryan Patrick Mulligan. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
