It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randall Allen Truitt, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who departed this world on July 27, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on August 12, 1963, in Baltimore, Maryland, Randall was the beloved son of Preston and Gerry Truitt.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Holli Truitt; his loving daughter, Tara Truitt; his sons, Ryan (Katie) Truitt and Cole Truitt; his cherished sister, Shelley (Greg) Van Dyke; and his beloved pets, Tucker and Charlie.
Randall was proudly self-employed as a dedicated Information Technology Specialist in web communications. His passion for his work was only surpassed by his love for his family. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles, finding great joy in cheering for his teams alongside family and friends. Randall cherished family trips, relished playing golf, and possessed an unparalleled ability to make those around him laugh, bringing joy to every gathering.
Randall's legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. His warmth, kindness, and infectious spirit created lasting memories that we will hold dear. As we come together to celebrate his life, we invite all who knew and loved him to join us in honoring his memory.
A public visitation will be held on August 6, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by another opportunity for friends and family to pay their respects on August 7, 2026, from 1:00 PM before the funeral service, at 2:00 PM. Both events will take place at Lee Funeral Home Calvert. Following the service the family welcomes friends and a family to join them for a celebration of Randall's life. Information will be given at the service.
May we honor Randall Allen Truitt’s memory by cherishing the moments we shared and striving to bring joy and laughter to one another, just as he did throughout his time with us.
