Regina Mary Stroud

Regina Mary Stroud 1968 - 2013 Regina Mary Stroud, 44, of Alexandria, VA died unexpectedly on Friday January 11, 2013 at her residence. Born in Detroit, Michigan she was a daughter of Allen E. and Janice (Jackson) Kibat. She was very active in her church, volunteering for the humane society and was a strong advocate for animal welfare. She also was a former leader for the Girl Scouts. She also attended a Rainbow Via De Christo weekend on October 18-21, 2012. She is survived by her parents, a daughter Asia, three sisters, Michelle, Kym, and Chrysti, two nieces, Taylor and Sydney, a nephew Kyle and her cat Zeus.
