Mr. Carter passed away at home on Wednesday, April 5th 2023 surrounded by the love of his family.
He proudly served his country through the United states Navy and later went on to retire as a mail carrier for the United States Post Office.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 58 years, Frances Carter, three children, many other family members and dear friends.
