Richard Allen Whitley, 82, of Temple Hill, MD passed away on December 29, 2015. He was born on September 23, 1933 to Fern Esther Stamm and Roy Austin Whitley in Indianapolis, IN. He worked at the Department of Commerce for 35 years and was an avid photographer. Richard is survived by sons David Allen Whitley and Donald Lee Whitley (Alisa Marie), his beloved granddaughter Kathryn Margaret Whitley, and partner Gretchen Buddenhagen.
