Ronall Ramon Ruffin (Ro) passed away on March 28,2023 at Washington
Hospital Center in Washington DC., at the age of 47. “Ro “was a loving
father, son, brother, uncle, and a friend to many. Known for his quiet and
gentle spirit,“ Ro” was calm, peaceful and non-controversial.
Ronal l was born in Washington, DC., on February 8, 1976 to Grace Ruffin
and the late Robert “Smokey” Green.
As a child, Ronall received his black belt in karate.
After graduating from Central High School, he joined the
United States Postal Service and later in life, transitioned to a career in
security working at Burlington and Target.
As a self-taught barber, Ronall provided barbering services to family and
friends in his neighborhood. Known to be “Pickwicks” best quarter back in
flag football, everyone knew he was a diehard Redskins (Commanders)
fan and loved to celebrate their victories. Ronall enjoyed competitive
bowling on leagues and with family and friends. In his quiet time, he loved
spending quality time with his granddaughter,
who was the apple of his eye.
He leaves to mourn his devoted mother Grace Ruffin, sister Kristi Gray
(Jonathan),his daughter Alexis McCoy, two sons Jecari Myers and Syair
Anderson, one granddaughter Alijah Trap, one nephew Jonathan Gray II
(JonJon), one niece Jonte Gray, two great-nieces Baylee Nunn and Shiloh
Lindsay and two great-nephews Jonathan Gray III and Masaii Brown, and
a hosts of relative sand friends.
