Shirley Louise Newman

Shirley Louise Newman, 57, of Fort Washington, MD passed away November 25, 2022. Shirley was born October 20, 1965 to the late Edward Earl, Sr. and surviving Joyce Ann McStay Dent in Washington, DC. She spent most of her life caring for her family. She enjoyed watching movies, spending time with family, and crabs (as a true Marylander should). She was preceded in death by her niece Angela Sholes, and sister Tina Ream. She is survived by her sons, James and Anthony Dent; James' wife Robyn Dent, and her brother David Dent. Services will be held for the immediate family and friends at Lee Funeral Home December 5, 2022.
