Garner; devoted mother of Joyce Lee Phillips (Ron), Patricia Melissa Wilson, and Edward Neal Garner (Betty) ; Nana of Debbie (Paul), Lee (Angelica), Marie (Ron) Ellie (Ronnie), Ron II (Susie) and Gina; great-grandmother of Justice, Ron III, Chris, Kevin and Karl; aunt of Grafton Tayman. Friends may call at the Lee Funeral Home Branch Ave. and Coventry Way Clinton, MD on Sunday, March 28 from 5 to 8 PM where services will be held on Monday, March 29, 2004 at 11:30 A.M. Interment Brookfield United Methodist Church Cemetery, Croom, MD.
