THEODORE CHAPMAN "TED"On Saturday, May 13, 2006 of Fort Washington, MD THEODORE "TED" CHAPMAN, beloved husband of Ruby Chapman; loving father of Milton Chapman, Nancy Chapman Sullivan, Harold, Terry and Asa Chapman; brother of Horace and Laban Chapman. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a niece , Ann Davis.
