Timothy proudly served his country in the United States Army, where he received an honorable discharge. Professionally, Timothy contributed his skills and dedication to a variety of organizations, including GRC Government Contracting and the American Red Cross, where his hard work and generosity touched countless lives.

A graduate of high school and a man who pursued higher learning through several years of college, Timothy believed deeply in education and personal growth. His curiosity, intellect, and warm spirit were evident in everything he did.

Timothy shared his life with his devoted spouse, Kevin Jayson, with whom he built a home filled with love, laughter, and mutual respect. He is also survived by his siblings, Ronald McNeill, Roslyn McNeill, and Mark McNeill, all of whom cherished him deeply.
