William Joseph Chappell, Jr. "Joe" (Age 51) On Wednesday, July 28, 2004 beloved son of Joe and Edna Chappell; devoted brother of David (Maureen) Chappell and loving uncle of Sarah and Michael Chappell. He is also survived by many other ralatives and friends. Services will be held at the Lee Funeral Home Branch Ave and Coventry Way Clinton, MD on Saturday, July 31, 2004 at 1:00PM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Capital Chapter of the National Parkinsons Foundation.
