She is survived by her husband, Wendell Packard; her son, Dean Packard, his wife Penny Packard; two grandchildren, Jordan and Trevor; four sisters, Vera, Merle, Rita Joe and Tommy Joe; one brother, Monroe (Sam) and a host of other relatives and friends.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Prince Georges County Public Library System.
